Candidates are asked a wide variety of questions during job interviews to determine their suitability for the role they are applying for. The questions asked normally are gared towards assessing applicants communication skills, reasoning skills amongs other things.
But sometimes the interviewer may ask a question that we cant see how it connect with the job or they may ask a question that you think the answer to is pretty obvious and so find it hard to answer.
What is the hardest question you've had to answer at an interview ?

A UK research carried out by WikiJob in 2009 showed that persons consider a number of factors when choosing a jobs. The findings revealed that the most important factor when choosing a job was career progression and not pay which received the second highest votes. The other factors identified (in descending order) were training, job security, working hours and corporate social responsibility.
The percentages for each factor is illustrated on the graph below.
Some persons would argue that this finding is a bit out dated and isnt Jamaican based. My question to you therefore is:
What is the most important factor to you when choosing a Job ?
